This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to host a live session. It covers everything from joining the session, managing polls and analytics, streaming, interacting with viewers, featuring items, activating polls, ending the session, and reviewing the session afterwards.

1. Enter the session URL provided by your admin. Please join a few minutes before the session starts so you can review the items, polls, and pre-session analytics. This preparation time will help you get ready for the session.

2. Click on "Polls" and review the existing polls that have been set up for the session.

3. Click on "Analytics" to view the pre-session analytics dashboard. This will provide insights on the number of viewers, engagement, items they are interested in, and more.

4. Once the countdown reaches 0, the page will refresh, and the live session will start. To begin streaming from your camera, click on the play button.

5. If you want to pause the stream for any reason, click on the pause button.

6. On the left side of the screen is the chat. You can write to your customers, reply to them, and delete their chat messages if they write something inappropriate.

7. Click on "Analytics" to view the real-time analytics dashboard. This dashboard updates in real-time during the live event, giving you an up-to-date view of what is happening during your live session.

8. Click on "Settings" to change the microphone input or to switch to a different camera during the stream.

9. If you want to feature a specific item so your customers will see an icon of it on their stream, first click on "Items," then click on the item you want to feature.

10. The item will open up. Click on "Feature Item."

11. The item is now featured on the live stream. To change the featured item, repeat the same steps with a different item.

12. If you want to show your audience one of the pre-created polls, click on "Polls."

13. You can scroll through the polls and choose which poll you want to activate now.

14. Click on "Activate Poll," and your poll will show up on your audience's stream.

15. If you want to end the session, click on "End Session." Once you end the session, you cannot start it again.

16. Click on "Confirm" to end it.

17. After the session has ended, you can view a recording of the session. Click on "Analytics" to see the total analytics of the session.

18. You can view the different metrics based on the time they occurred: pre-session, live, post-session, and total.

19. You can also play and watch the recording of your session.

That's it! Now it's time to review everything you just did, learn from it, and start planning your next live sessions!
