1. Navigate to your store URL at - https://terrific.live/YourStoreUrl
2. Click on your username in the top right corner.
3. A drop-down menu will open. Click on "Admin Panel."
4. Click on "Sessions" in the left-hand menu
5. Click on "Add Session"
6. Enter the email address of the person you want to designate as the host of the session. Make sure they sign up for your store so they can access the session.
7. Enter the name of the host as you want it to appear to your audience in the live session
8. Upload an avatar image of the host. It can be a real image or any kind of image, depending on your preference. Remember, your audience will be able to see it.
9. Set the date and time you want your live session to begin.
10. In the next step, you need to select the type of session you are creating. Choose "Practice Session" if you are setting up a session solely for practice and to familiarize yourself with the platform. Alternatively, select "Live Session" if you are creating a full session intended for your customers.
11. If you want to require users to log in to your store to view your live session, toggle this button to the right. If you don't want to require them to log in, leave the toggle as is and continue.
12. If you need to replace the default chat with an external Twilio chat (for example, in case of high traffic in the built-in chat or any other limitation), you can enable the Use Twilio Chat option to apply the change.
13. Enter a description for the live session to build excitement among your audience. They will see this description before signing up for the live session.
14. If you need help with the description copy, you can use our built-in AI tool. Just click on "Rewrite with AI" to improve your text or have our AI helper generate a description for you based on your store details.
15. The AI-generated text will appear in the description box. You can continue editing it in the box until you are satisfied with the result.
16. Add a session cover. This is a picture that will be displayed on the cover of the session.
17. If you want an external video to be broadcast in your live window, you can enter the URL of the video you wish to stream under External Video URL for Desktop.
18. Please note that you need to enter a separate URL for mobile viewing (it can be the same URL).
19. Take a look at the preview of the session. Ensure you are satisfied with everything you see. If not, you can go ahead and change any detail or picture you would like.
20. Click on "Save Session," and that's it. Your session is saved and live on your store. Now, if you want, you can start adding items, discounts and polls to enhance your session.
