Accessing the Moderated Chat
Whether you're the host or the admin of the session, you'll have full access to the chat. Just need to start your live session and look for the chat panel on the left side of your screen. That's where everything your viewers write will show up!
You can find the chat panel on the left side of your screen:
Chat with your audience
As your audience types away, you'll see their messages pop up instantly in the panel. Here's what you can do:
Write a new message. Click where it says "Type message here..." to share a comment or announcement of your own.
Reply. Did someone ask a question? Just click "Reply" on their message, type your response, and hit Enter. It's that easy!
Your answer will appear under the original comment:
Pin a message. Want to make sure something stays visible? Write your message and click the pin icon to keep it at the top of the chat:
Share a link: Sharing a URL is just as easy: it'll automatically be highlighted, and viewers can click it to go straight to the site you're sharing:
Keep the conversation healthy
Sometimes you need to step in, and these tools have you covered:

Then, confirm with "I am sure":
Block a user. If someone keeps being disruptive, you can block them so they can't post again during the session. Just hover over their message and click "Block User":
Also confirm with "I am sure."
