The Basics of Hosting a Live Session On On Your Mobile Phone

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to host a live session on your mobile phone

1. Enter the session URL provided by your admin. Make sure you are logged in to your store account. Please join a few minutes before the session starts so you can review the items, polls, and pre-session analytics. This preparation time will help you get ready for the session.

2. Click on "Items" and review the existing items that have been set up for the session

3. Click on "Polls" and review the existing polls that have been set up for the session

4. Click on "Analytics" to view the pre-session analytics dashboard. This will provide insights on the number of viewers, engagement, items they are interested in, and more.

5. Check the countdown timer, it seems the live session is about to start soon. get ready.

6. Once the countdown reaches 0, the page will refresh, and the live session will start.

7. To begin streaming from your camera, click on the play button.

8. Click on the gear icon (wheel button) in the top right corner to access the settings.

9. Tap here.

10. Click on "Settings" to switch your camera from the front to the rear and to change your microphone.

11. Tap on "Camera" to open a drop-down menu and see your options.

12. Tap here to view the connection and video quality you are streaming at.

13. If you want to feature an item, click on "Settings," then click on the item you want to feature.

14. The item will open up. Click on "Feature Item."

15. The item is now featured on the live stream. To change the featured item, repeat the same steps with a different item.

16. Click on Settings - "Analytics" to view the real-time analytics dashboard. This dashboard updates in real-time during the live event, giving you an up-to-date view of what is happening during your live session.

17. Scroll down to view the conversion funnel and item-based analytics.

18. If you want to show your audience one of the pre-created polls, click on "Settings," then "Polls." Choose the poll you want to activate and click on "Activate Poll."

19. You can see the poll results populate in real time on the same tab.

20. If you want to end the poll, click on "Deactivate Poll."

21. Click here to scroll between the different polls.

22. You can write to your customers, reply to them, and delete their chat messages if they write something inappropriate.

23. You can close the chat by clicking on the "X" button at the top of the chat.

24. If the volume-based discounts have reached their goal and a new discount opens up, you will be notified here.

25. To pause or end the session, click on the pause button at the bottom left.

26. Tap here.If you choose to pause, you can resume streaming later by clicking the play button again.

27. If you want to end the session, click on "End Session." Once you end the session, you cannot start it again. Click on "Confirm" to end it.

28. After the session has ended, you can view a recording of the session. Click on "Analytics" to see the total analytics of the session.

29. Scroll down to view the conversion funnel.

30. You can view the different metrics based on the time they occurred: pre-session, live, post-session, and total.
