Store Reports give you an aggregate view of your commerce performance across all Terrific-powered surfaces: both your live sessions and your carousel embeds. Instead of looking at one session at a time, here you see trends over time across your entire store.
Store Reports are regenerated daily, so the data you see is always current as of the previous day.
How to access
In the left side menu, click Store Reports in Analytics option:
At the top of every tab you will find a fliter for different date range: Year to Date (YTD), Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, Last Year, or a custom date.
Overview tab
The Overview tab gives you a top-level picture of your store's total commerce performance across all Terrific-powered surfaces: live sessions, carousels, and any cross-surface orders for the selected date range.
Total Attribution
Five KPI cards show how Terrific-attributed revenue breaks down across channels:
A) Total Attributed Revenue. The combined revenue from all orders Terrific attributed during the period, regardless of which surface drove them.
B) Live Session. Revenue attributed exclusively to live session interactions: orders where only a live session was the Terrific touchpoint within the attribution window.
C) Carousels. Revenue attributed exclusively to carousel interactions.
D) Dual Attributed. Revenue from orders where both a live session and a carousel contributed within the attribution window.
E) Attributed Events. Two volume metrics shown together: total checkouts and total add-to-cart events recorded across all surfaces during the period. These are counts, not revenue: they give you a read on overall funnel activity regardless of order value.
Users by Month
Chart tracking how your Terrific audience evolved month by month during the selected period:
Total Attributed Revenue
A bar chart plotting total attributed revenue day by day across the selected period. Each bar represents one day's combined revenue from live sessions, carousels, and dual-attributed orders.
Carousels tab
The Carousels tab shows the performance of your always-on shoppable video and carousel embeds.
Store Carousel Summary
A row of nine KPI cards summarizes carousel performance across your entire store for the selected period:
1. Carousel-only Attributed Sales. Revenue and order count for orders attributed exclusively to carousels, with live session overlap excluded. A secondary figure below the headline shows the revenue and orders that were set aside because those buyers also interacted with a live session, so you can see both the carousel-only total and the size of the cross-surface overlap.
2. Carousels with Loads. The count of distinct carousels that registered at least one load event during the period.
3. Carousel Loads. Total times any carousel was rendered (loaded) across all pages during the period. Every page visit where the carousel appears counts as one load.
4. Asset Views. Total times a specific video or image within a carousel was actually seen by a visitor.
5. Asset Clicks. Total clicks on carousel assets, with a click-through rate (CTR) shown as a percentage of Asset Views.
6. Carousel Opens. Times a user opened the expanded carousel experience.
7. Product Clicks. Clicks on specific product cards within the carousel, with a percentage of carousel openers who clicked a product.
8. CTA Clicks. Clicks on calls to action (such as "Buy Now" or "Shop") within the carousel, with a percentage of carousel openers who clicked a CTA.
9. Tracked ATC. Add-to-cart events attributed to carousel interactions, with a percentage of CTA clickers who added to cart. This is the final step in the carousel commerce funnel before a purchase.
Carousel Engagement Signals
A visual overview of how your audience moves from first exposure to active engagement across all carousels:
Carousel-only Attributed Revenue by Month
A dedicated monthly view of carousel-exclusive attributed revenue.
Performance Trends
A sub-section with tabs for viewing carousel performance at different time granularities: Weekly (default), Monthly, Yearly, Top Products, and Top URLs.
Engagement Rates
Two rate metrics plotted by the same time filter for Perfromance Trends. The Visibility Rate (Asset Views ÷ Carousel Loads) shows how often a loaded carousel actually got seen; the Click Rate (Asset Clicks ÷ Asset Views) shows how often a viewed asset drove a click.
Carousel Performance Details
A table listing each individual carousel and its performance data for the selected period.
Attributed Sales
A checkout-level audit log of every order influenced by a carousel during the selected period.
Live Session tab
The Live Session tab shows aggregate performance across all your live shopping events, using session-exclusive attribution, so the revenue figures here reflect what live sessions drove on their own, separate from carousel contributions.
Live Session Summary
Six KPI cards give you the headline numbers across all sessions in the selected period:
A) Total Sessions. The number of live sessions held during the selected period.
B) Total Unique Users. The sum of unique users across all sessions. Because a single viewer can attend multiple sessions, this is an additive total: the same person may be counted once per session they attended, not just once across all sessions combined.
C) Session-only Revenue. Revenue from orders attributed exclusively to live sessions, using checkout date and session-exclusive attribution.
D) Session Cohort Conversion. Total buyers ÷ total viewers across all sessions in the period, expressed as a percentage. Calculated from aggregate totals, not as an average of individual session rates.
E) Engagement Rate. A measure of social engagement within the live experience.
G) The session with the highest unique viewer count, showing the session name, date, and viewer total.
H) The session with the highest session-only attributed revenue, showing the session name, date, and revenue amount.
Monthly Breakdown
A sub-view showing how performance evolved month by month within the selected period.
It contains four charts and a summary data table:
Monthly Stats Table
Each row is a calendar month. For each month you get the session count, audience figures, revenue figures and sales volume with average order value:
Yearly Breakdown
The same four charts and stats table as Monthly Breakdown, aggregated by year instead of month. Useful for a long-horizon view of how your live shopping program is growing.
All Sessions
A searchable table listing every live session in your account.
Top Products (last 30 days)
A fixed-window table showing the top 20 products by revenue across all live sessions.
