Before adding discount steps to items, make sure you have added items to your live session.

1. In the admin panel, Click on "Sessions" in the left-hand menu bar.

2. Choose the session you want to edit or add items to, and click on "Edit Session."

3. Click on "Discounts".

4. Click on "Item Discount Steps"

5. You can choose whether you want your discount to be a percentage or a fixed amount. Click on your preferred discount type.

6. Click on the Item box, and a drop-down menu will appear.

7. Choose the item to which you want to apply a discount.

8. Enter the number of viewers, discount amount, and coupon code.

9. Continue to choose the next row. It can be the same item with a bigger or smaller discount or a different item.

10. Keep going until you have added all the item-based discounts you wanted. If you need more rows, just click "Add 5 More Rows" at the bottom.

11. When you are done, don't forget to click on "Save Session" to activate all the discounts you have set up.
