Once you've completed the Carousel Settings (where you define the carousel's name, layout, global style, and display rules) the next step is configuring each individual asset that will appear inside it.
Adding Your First Asset
When you arrive at Assets Configuration for the first time or when a carousel has no assets yet, the Select Media panel opens automatically. This is where you choose or create the content pieces that will make up your carousel.
Assets are the individual content pieces: videos, images or polls that make up your carousel.
Ways to add an asset
1. Create poll lets you build an interactive poll directly as a carousel asset. Viewers can participate in real time, which boosts engagement and can drive conversions without leaving the experience.
2. Upload files lets you add images or videos directly from your device. This is the most common way to bring original content into a carousel.
3. Upload assets lets you create multiple assets at once from a structured JSON file. Useful for bulk imports or programmatic workflows.
Once you select or upload a piece of media, it's added to the Carousel Assets panel on the left and you can begin configuring.
Polls Configuration
For this type of asset, the following configuration tabs will be available:
General tab
The General tab is where you configure the foundational information for each asset in your carousel.
A) Asset Name. Required internal identifier for the asset. It must have at least 4 characters and is used to distinguish assets within the carousel manager.
B) Poll question. Where you write the question that will be presented to viewers. Maximum 90 characters. Required.
C) Poll options. The answer choices viewers can select. At least two options are required, each with a maximum of 50 characters. Use +Add more option to include up two additional answer choices beyond the two defaults.
D) Poll Position. Controls where the poll widget appears on the carousel card. There are three icon-based options: anchored to the top, centered, or anchored to the bottom of the asset.
E) Show until. Lets you set an expiration date for the poll. Once that date passes, the poll will automatically stop displaying in the carousel.
F) Add CTA Button. Activates a call-to-action button overlaid on the asset. Whn this option is selected, some extra fields will be shown:
G) Button text. The label displayed on the button. Limited to 30 characters.
H) URL. The URL users will be redirected to when they click the button.
I) Button color. An option to customize the button’s background color.
AI tab
The AI tab uses artificial intelligence to suggest optimized titles and descriptions for each asset, based on its source content from social media.
A) Generate AI Suggestions. Triggers the model to produce a proposed title and description based on the source metadata and imported content. Once generated, suggestions appear in the panel below.
If you click Apply AI suggestion, the proposed content will be added to the fields.
B) Source Metadata. Displays read-only information about the original post: the account owner, post number within a series, source network (e.g. Instagram).
C) Imported Caption and Imported Hashtags. Shows the original text and tags brought in from the social post. These are used by the AI as input when generating suggestions.
D) Current Title. Shows the actual title of the asset.
E) Current Description. Shows the actual description of the asset.
Style tab.
The Style tab lets you customize the visual appearance of the background of an individual asset, overriding the carousel's global style settings where needed.
If Color is selected under Background Style and the Default option is active, the original background color will be preserved:
If the Custom option is selected, two color selectors will be displayed, allowing you to choose a color from the palette or enter a HEX color code:
If Image is selected under Background Style, an option to upload an image from your device will be displayed:
Image / video Configuration
For Image or Video assets, we will have the following tabs:

You can link upt to 3 products to a single asset.
Product Placement controls where the product card appears on screen when the asset is displayed:
